this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it's a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)
the idea is that you'd put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won't take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)
all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)
friend groups with different interests are like multiple dvd icons bouncing around a screen and then sometimes they'll all hit the same corner at the same time and they go wild
thinking about qroier and how he approaches bobbys death is making me so sad like i genuinely can’t remember the last time he visited the second floor of the house or went up the tower
when he’s looking after a different egg, he puts them to sleep in the living room. he says it’s comfy enough in there, no need to go upstairs. it’s not even discussed
he’s been calling richas hijo more and more, but when he goes to tell a story his first instinct is still to refer to himself as tio
i guess in his head and in his heart he’s still simply bobby’s dad, obviously. and so the room upstairs is still bobby’s room. the same way the tower is still bobby’s tower
it makes me think if this is his way of retaining the memories — like jaiden does, reenacting the best parts so she’ll keep them safe with her forever —, if he just doesn’t touch any of it, if every space bobby once occupied remains unaltered, maybe roier can keep going. maybe then he won’t need to face that so much has changed
